The Landmine Girls

Handicap International’s work in Cambodia aims to reduce the onset of different types of disability, to improve access to quality health and rehabilitation services for people with disabilities, and to promote their social and economic independence. There were about 64,314 victims recorded between 1970 and the end of 2013.

This documentary made by film maker Emma Fry following the lives of two young girls who face the dangers of landmines every day; to make enough money to support their families and clear their much loved Cambodia of landmines.
